We reimagine real estate to strengthen the connection between people and the places they share.

OUR APPROACH
We believe that each development calls for a unique approach, driven by fresh, dynamic ideas.
Through our award-winning creative process, Place Projects transforms areas into destinations that reinvigorate communities.
Our development work is rooted in these four values: investment in community, emphasis on the human experience, tenant curation, and project execution.
01: Neighborhood Development &
Policy Initiatives
Evolving spaces requires a thoughtful policy and entitlement framework that incorporates the essence of the neighborhood and the people in it. Everything we do is with people in mind. Co-creating is vital. We work alongside community members and stakeholders to entitle parcels and develop policies that add lasting value. Policy initiatives such as the the Wynwood Business Improvement District (WBID) and Wynwood
Neighborhood Revitalization District (WNRD), create opportunities for neighborhoods to thrive.
02: Experience Development
To enhance the value of a project and spark engagement, we work to co-create memorable experiences - opportunities for people to develop their own unique relationship with a place. Place Projects has worked with artists and creators of all disciplines to promote a vibrant environment that drives economic and cultural growth.
03: Tenant Curation
We understand the value of thoughtful co-tenancy and finding the right partner to match the right space. Place Projects identifies and collaborates with unique, demand generating tenants that function synergistically.
Our tenants include: Zak the Baker, Panther Coffee, Warby Parker, Pacific Counter, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Gensler, Walt Grace Vintage, Quinn PR, Junior and Hatter and Pinecrest Bakery.
04: Project Execution
We can guide a project from concept through to creation. We have over 15 years of experience in the acquisition, capitalization, and construction of a variety of projects including large scale, ground-up development and adaptive re-use.
